It seems to no ok, unfortunately it is missing one gasket and now I’m having a terrible time trying to find one. It’s been several days now I haven’t been able to install it and now I found a gasket that has to be ordered at over $10 and 4 days to get it. That’s almost Half of what I paid for the unit. Very unhappy.

It broke before it arrived to me, as it's cheap plastic like the original, I reordered a thernostat housing mede of aluminum.

Fitted perfect but thermostat that to be replaced in 3 months from purchased.Car check engine light came on and thermostat was bad had too replace it.

Installed this in our 2013 Sonic 1.8, and finally OBD code 0597 is history. Product is well made and there were no installation issues although releasing the heater hose clamps was a bit of a pain. Turning them right side up before reinstalling makes life easier. Managed to save and reuse the line feeding the throttle body by pulling off the plastic clamp that holds it in place and gently wiggling and lifting the hose out of the old housing. For the price, it’s a good product.

I bought this to replace the wonky thermostat in my 2012 Chevy Sonic, which was causing the check engine light to come on and the fan to always run. This thermostat was a fraction of the price my local auto parts store was asking, and several months later it seems to be working just fine, haven't had any issues since.I installed it myself after watching a Youtube video, and I drained and replaced the coolant at the same time, whole process took about an hour and a half. Don't let a dealership or auto parts store rip you off, if you're having problems with your Sonic's thermostat this is the solution right here!

This product is awesome it comes with both sensors and thermostat to engine gasket. You just need water pump pipe to thermostat housing seal. This cleared eng code for electronic thermostat and hi can bus codes. The car heats up quicker and has good heat now. Definitely purchase this product you will be extremely happy.

This part made it easy to fix my issue. My hold light was flashing. after this was in stalled, the light stopped flashing. It included 2 sensors and the thermostat in the housing. Low cost for what you get. Its working fine.

J'ai changer moi même ce boîtier de thermostat (très simple ) le code 89 c'est effacer du tableau de bord , mais 1 mois après le code 89 est réapparu de nouveau , pas très satisfait de se produit et je ne peut pas le retourner car j'ai besoin de mon véhicule tout les jours .
