Arrives quickly and is well packaged. In fact, the packaging is quite unique. Packets are wrapped in groups, allowing the product to stay airtight. One packet dissolve easily, almost as if there is nothing there as it mixes cleanly.I do feel oddly better on the days I have this, less jittery and cravings are lower. I wish I could find a more detailed ingredient list, but it is nowhere to be found. It seems to work well.

I tried to dissolve this in water before taking, but it doesn't really dissolve. large clumps. Doesn't taste bad, so you can just take the powder and water separately. Seems to help with regulating blood sugar, but since I also take other meds, I cannot isolate this as the only variable. Happy to take this daily. A little sweet in flavor. Convenient.
