I recently learned about the benefits of castor oil. I thought I would give it a shot. Through my research I learned that it was a pretty thick oil and it would have a very unique smell. I was a little leery about both. I have pretty dry skin so I was open to trying anything that would help. Let me start off with the smell, it actually isn’t a bad smell in my opinion. The fragrance actually reminds me of black sesame, something that is found often in Asian foods and has a very pleasant smell. Slightly nutty, fragrant, but not overbearing at all. The smell dissipates The thickness of it is pretty thick. Thicker than olive oil and any other oils that I have used in the past. You can certainly emulsify it with other oils, but I chose to slather it on. I also found that the oils helped to heal some of my scars which suffered from hyperpigmentation. It definitely lessened the purple dark color on my skin. I also appreciate the fact that the top on this has a controlled fliptop so you can squeeze out how much you need Without making a mess. I highly recommend.

The quality is good and it came on a bottle. You got a nice amount of oil and it's not overly thick. I used this for body lotion and hair moisturizer. I recommend.

I just got this yesterday. I am so happy and so in love. I put it into my hair last night; I smothered it good. Nearly from root to tip, all over my head, massaging in the scalp as best as I can. I left it in in a bun on top of my head for about 12 hours. This morning I pulled out some baby shampoo (just from Walmart) and washed it out. It came out with a normal amount of shampoo and it was absolutely effortless!!! My hair today looks like model hair. It's the first time I've worn it down in months and all night I have been taking pictures of it and showing my friends because they know I am focusing on my healthy hair. I am so excited to use this from now on two times a week, for a 12 hour period overnight before I shampoo. I wash my hair about every 3-4 days.I feel I've noticed an almost instant thickness and growth in my eyebrows since applying too. I'm also enjoying it for an oil all over my face and for washing my face off at night.I am also taking biotin, I am about 26 or so days in. My hair is growing so fast, so healthy and long and it feels so much thicker already. Between this and biotin I feel my hair will literally look like Kate Middleton's in a very short time. I am so so so happy with my results. I'm so glad that I got this. My hair has turned around dramatically in such a short period of time and I am incredibly appreciative of these two things. My biotin is from Walmart because that's what was recommended to me; it's like $5 for a bottle and it's the 10,000 mcg with keratin. Just drink lots of water and your skin will be fine. I also have another stronger biotin supplement that's liquid that I purchased from Amazon, which I'm going to use once this bottle is out. My hair has gotten so much life back in just a month and I think baby shampoo might be my new go-to, thing, too.If you are looking to add thickness, length and shine to your hair, I think there are many wonderful ways that will work quickly for you. I can tell you that for me, biotin and this oil are two things that I am seeing such great results with and I am so excited to see how happy and incredible my hair looks now in six months!!!!!!!You can have really, really good hair for like, VERY little money. The things I've described here are about $2 (for the shampoo), $15 for this (and there are cheaper ones out there, too!), and $5 for the biotin pills. I highly recommend this. Everyone deserves to love their bodies, feel and look their best, and be confident in their own hair. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me. I used this oil few month by now and I do love it! It makes my face, eyes and neck soft and almost no wrinkle for all day in winter time (if I do not use makeup). Also I use it as night routine, for my hand after more liquid serum, and on the scars.Please spey water on your skin before use this oil or use it after shower, then this oil will lock moister on your skin! It very thick but spreading and absorbing by skin very nicely.If you want to use for hair, then use it before to wash your hair. Just massage it to skin and cover hair for few hours.This oil also anti-inflammatory and can be used for any skin and for healing wound and scars.You also can add it to your cream to make it easy to spread.LOVE IT!
