Great for updating filament lights
I used these to update the instrument panel on my Vespa GT200, much brighter and cleaner look vs the soft white of the filament bulbs.Fits great, secure, low power draw, and clean white light. Great purchase.

Excellent Upgrade to my Honda Element Instrument Cluster Light Bulbs
I fit those into the bulb sockets of my 2006 Honda Element instrument cluster and they fit in easily. For the few that were harder to insert, I simply pressed the internal bulb contacts a bit with my miniature needle nose pliers. Do note that they are not suitable for late models of this car use soldered on LEDs in their instrument cluster. To install, twist the bulb socket back in. With the instrument cluster connected and parking lights on, verify the instrument cluster lights are on. For those that aren't, remove, turn around half a turn and insert again. All the LEDs in the package I received worked, there were no duds.In use, the dash is much brighter than with the OEM bulbs, and I did not notice overspill. They significantly improve legibility even when using the lights during the day. The numbers appear slightly cyan because the backplates on the Element Instrument Cluster have a greenish tint to counteract the yellowish tint of the incandescent bulb, but I like the soothing effect. Dimming works just as with the OEM bulbs, but the effect is not as pronounced.I will definitely purchase more when they become available. Despite the fact there are no LED alternatives for lighting up the HVAC control on the Element, I believe they are similar enough in size to the OEM bulbs that they could be made to fit with some minor soldering (OEM bulb have wire leads, these don't but it should be easy enough to solder some). Because of their small size and decent brightness, they look like they would make great accent lights for projects such as lighting foot wells, door pockets, etc., that are typically in complete darkness at night.Highly recommended!
