I'm 6'2 and 180 lbs with a long slim build. This rash guard at size "regular / medium" has very flattering cut across the chest, back and shoulders, fits well with a long enough torso, and is made with excellent materials that feel premium. Fantastic deal for the money, and feels better than some of my more expensive rash guards. I'm definitely ordering multiple colors!

You won’t find a rashguard this good of quality at a better price. I bought this and was skeptical, but I was super satisfied after wearing it. Strong materials and feels very sturdy. Plus the design is simple, yet still cool. I’m 5’8 and 165 and a medium fits perfectly. Snug, but comfortable as a rashguard should be. I’ll be getting Progress gear from now on.

Fits better than the Shoyoroll rashies I got, and honestly feels like better quality. Really clean and simplistic design as well, I wear this more than the ones I paid 2x for.
