Will not connect to bluetooth, what should I do?

- Check OS ver. of your device, it is compatible with Android 4.4+ and iOS 11+ OS. - Make sure AD20 PRO is firmly plugged into the OBDII port. -Allow the APP to access your permission: Settings > Privacy > Bluetooth/Location>Enable the advancer AD20.

Why I can't erase the fault code?

1.Please ensure that the vehicle has been repaired before clearing the codes. 2.If the codes remain after repair, we would appreciate it if you could send us your S/N via xtooltoolsus @ outlook.com.

xtool ad20 pro is completely Useless

Useless it's doesn't do as mentioned I checked on Nissan Sentra 2014 It shows only RPM,TEMP,SPEED, BATTERY, nothing else . You can buy if you need this otherwise don't waste your money.

ينفع لسيارة وحدة فقط لاكن إذا فصلته من السيارة لازم ترجع وتشبك من جديد يعني لازم تخليه راكب في الفيشه ولايخزن السيارة يعني كل مرة تستخدمه لازم تشبك بالبلوتوث كأنه جهاز جديد ، ومافيه كثير أوبشن
