Tasty, healthy coffee creamer that's a great addition to my morning routine.

This is great for regular and non-regular coffee drinkers!! I started using Focus because I would always get that crash a 3-4 hours after my morning coffee and Focus has completely helped that crash turn into more of a mellow easing from a caffeinated to a non-caffeinated state. Further, Focus has nootropics and adaptogens - two things I don't get enough of in my day, but Focus made it super easy to get them in a delicious and convenient way. On the days I don't drink coffee I will actually mix the Focus creamer into a glass of milk. It just goes to show how delicious this stuff is and it helps me get those nootropics and adaptogens even when I'm not drinking coffee.

My grandson suggested this product because some of the ingredients are supposed to be good for aging brains. Well I have noticed substantially improved recall, and I think I have also noticed more stamina in my workouts. I tried a previous version of this product, and the flavor has improved a lot. Highly recommend this to my fellow octogenarians.

I only use half a scoop because the flavor is a bit overpowering. I splash it with my fave creamer. It does the trick by helping me focus instead of letting my ADD take over.
