My last Glucosamine/ Chondroitin supplement I took had me swallowing 6 tablets a day and left a terrible taste in my mouth. Even though these capsules are on the lager side, they are very easy to swallow and leave no aftertaste. As a few other reviews have mentioned, it's difficult to tell if it's working as it is intended for a long term benefit. I have to get a knee replacement in 3 weeks, hopefully this will prevent me from having to get a second knee replacement.

This product combines 6 supplements that take regularly both for myself and my 2 German Shepherds. They are Glucosamine Chondroitin, Turmeric, MSM, Boswellia, Quercetin, Bromelain and Hyaluronic Acid. That said I feel in the 3 pill dose only the Glucosamine Chondroitin provides a meaningful dose. The others are in dosages are too low to be of major benefit for my needs and would require additional supplementation with some adjustment to my dosages. That said this is a very very nice combination for joint issues and the 3 pill dosage might be enough for my dogs but I likely would likely require 2 to 3 times that dosage. The only thing missing in their formulation is Green Lipped Mussel. I do like to see USA GMP certification and third party testing claims but wish there was a way to verify and actually see third party testing results which is an industry wide issue.

Been taking this product not this brand for over forty years due to a very active sports life and teaching. Now at 65 my knees don't hurt and joints are good. Like this brand as well as others for joint relief and joint health.

These capsules are a must for joint’s stability and moving. Great quality with no side effects. Good value for money.

I tried this regularly for a while and it was helpful. Note that any health product may have different results with different people, but for me, this was as good as other glucosamine I have tried. It seems to be good quality and pure.
