Junk
Hunk of junk. Has no operable battery. Cannot tell if any readings are accurate as it goes from 0 to .9. Glitches and flashes to different pages.

Inconsistent readings
I've been testing this air quality monitor over the course of a few weeks and the biggest thing that I'm seeing is that the readings tend to be very inconsistent. I can turn the device on in a room and take a reading, then without changing anything in the room restart the device and take another reading and the reading will vary greatly from the first reading. I'm unsure if this has to do with it's calibration process or if I simply received a defective unit. Unfortunately because of this I would not recommend this air quality monitor.

Zero battery life - operates via USB - can be calibrated
I can't tell you if the readouts are accurate because I didn't have a source to check it with. However, the WHO sets a target for safe levels of TVOC between 0.3 and 0.5 mg/m3 and safe levels of HCHO at 0.1 mg/m3.All I had for comparison was the meter to the left of it. I don't know if regular households would generally have much lower levels than the target safe limits, however. In any case, an HCHO of 0.004 mg/m3 seems unrealistic but a TVOC of 0.509 mg/m3 seems realist. And I guess so does a PM2.5 of 005.Here's the thing. If these readings are consistent within your home and you know your environment is mostly stable then you can still use this to monitor how things change and if there are any trends. Just be aware the accuracy is suspect. Consistency is the key. That all being said...this thing would NOT stay on unless it was plugged in. As soon as I unplugged it, despite it showing a full charge, it would turn off and not turn back on. So, I don't think the build quality is great. It does, however, have a menu to change settings and calibrate sensors and look at records. If it's supposed to work via battery, this could be useful

Very helpful and accurate!
I got this because of problems I've found in both where I live and in my daughters house. Both of us are airbrush artists, and sometimes even paints called non-toxic contain things you shouldn't be breathing. This Air Quality Meter is easy to set up, easy to calibrate and works great. I've tested it against a unit a friend owns and this one seems just as accurate. I've only gotten an alert to leave the area once, while spraying a lacquer-based paint. I was using a spray booth that blew the exaust out the window, yet it still read that it was unsafe to be anywhere in the room for any length of time. After an hour, it was safe to go in again.Thing works and works well! I'm glad I have it. Five stars!

Portable and highly functional
My wife and I spend much of the year traveling and staying in high quality hotels. At least they're 'presumably' high quality hotels. We like to make sure their standards stay up to par so we're notorious for doing things like measuring noise levels in the room, testing water quality, etc. We needed a new air quality monitor for travel. I got one about a month ago but it's really too big to take with you. This one does a great job and literally requires no set up--charge it up, turn it on and it starts measuring your air quality. Decent product at a decent price. Recommended!
