Well there are lots of programs to choose from depending on your clothing and the amount of soiling, there is the option to do a pre-wash, – some very quick economy washes a couple of them take 59 minutes, and there’s another one which I’ve not used yet. I think it can wash in about 15 minutes. It spins at 1400 rpm, but I have noticed when you use an economy wash you have to select the spin speed so I opted for the 1400 rpm and The garments came out a lot dryer as I never noticed previously you had to select the higher spin speed. The washing machine was easy to install and when running is not excessively noisy, the height adjustment is easy to do which needed minor adjustment to get the machine level. The transit belts were easy to remove, but you do have to use your own tools which is a 10 mil socket or spanner, overall I’m really pleased with the machine. The results have been excellent and being a 9 kg drum. You can get a fair amount of washing in there making it more economical to run. I would certainly recommend the machine and would certainly purchase another one

I have looked on line and all the candy tutorials but still cannot find how to do a quick wash, a 30 min wash, its crazy, Their product brochure is not clear. it seems you can only program a quick wash if you have the app, I downloaded the app but then found it is not compatible with iPhone, If someone can let me know how to get a quick wash with just using the dial, I would be grateful

I ordered this for my elderly grandmother who is 89 years old. We paid extra for uninstall and reinstall and also to take the old machine away. The delivery men left both machines in the middle of the kitchen and left. She lives alone and could not manage them alone, I am absolutely appalled at the service we received! The machine itself is brilliant now it’s fitted by a family member!

Er05 error code after 2 weeks and can’t figure out who to contact for warranty repair

Arrived on time , but once unpacked, and put into place I noticed there was damage to the front of the machine.
