🍃 Leaf it to us—cleanup has never been this stylish!
The EZ Leaf Hauler is a reusable cleanup tarp designed for efficient yard maintenance. Measuring 5' x 7', it holds up to five times more leaves than traditional methods, features six built-in handles for easy transport, and collapses flat for convenient storage. Made from eco-friendly woven polyethylene, it offers a sustainable alternative to single-use bags.

This leaf cleanup tarp has proven highly effective
I was a bit skeptical when I first ordered this leaf cleanup tarp, but it has proven highly effective and increased my leaf gathering efficiency at least three fold. When you set it up, with the spring pole framing, it appears like the scoop of a front-end loader. It works best when anchored by its corner stakes on soft ground. But much of my surface cleanup on 2 acres is on hard surfaces so it's a bit more awkward, as you have to stand on the front of the tarp and use a rake like a gondola paddle, sweeping in between your legs (good exercise!). If you don't stand on the tarp on hard surfaces, your raked material goes under the front lip. It could be a bit sturdier, but it has held up fine in the first season. I don't drag it around on hard surfaces because it would wreck it pretty fast. I fill it up and attach it to some hooks on the back of a landscape golf cart and run it over to the leaf compost pile, unhook it, dump it out, and it's done. It's a great design for my needs since we have a compost area. I'd be willing to pay a little more for a more commercial, robust version of this design. This is way cheaper than buying a gas powered leaf vacuum system, which is what I was originally looking at.

Handles make it better than a regular tarp.
I've used this for 2 fall seasons. Found it to be the best option for Pinestraw. It really paid off after hurricane season. Haven't had any issues with durability. Highly recommend if your up for the workout, if not you might want to invest in a lawn sweeper.

Rips easily but useful
This leaf hauler makes our lives a lot easier every fall. We have used this item for last ten years if not longer but had to replace it every year in recent years. Does not rip easily along reinforced seams but tears easily on bottom surface with minimum loads when being dragged across lawn. Still, useful to have and a huge time saver.

Great idea, poorly executed
I love the idea of a leaf collector that is like a tarp, but with some structure that makes it easier to hold the leaves in place as you take them onto it. This is a great idea that just isn’t very well made. The poles they slide into the sides to hold them in place are like tent ones that are held together with a cord and then slide into each other. The problem was that the poles, once put together, are too long, and it is almost impossible to bend it enough to get the end into the small pockets in the corner of the tarp. While trying to get it into the holding pocket there was so much tension that one of the poles pushed through the tarp creating a hole that made it impossible to secure that end of the pole. One of the pole pieces snapped the first time I used it, probably because they were under too much pressure once I managed to get it secured. The plastic spikes that hold the front corners of the tarp in place are a great idea and worked well, but they are attached weakly and started to fray after only a few hours of use. A stronger tarp material, poles that actually fit, and a stronger attachment for the plastic stakes would make this a 4 or 5 star items, but in its current form it was a waste of money.

Best yard invention
It’s great for us as we can load the leaves in easily and drag it to the woods behind our house. No more raking and bagging and dragging to the curb. Takes us 1/4 of the time it used to be

The Good, The Bad & The Ugly..
I begin this with; I have always used a plain tarp for the same usage so this is a step up.The Good: Very easy and nice design, went together quickly and the rods fit perfectly. I don't buy some of these other comments about the rods to long. This folded out very well. And it works per HOW YOUR SUPPOSED to use it. (small bush branches, leaves, yard waste). I assisted my brother who was trying to use a garbage bin with wheels. EZ Hauler worked much better and faster, held a lot more. The Bad: On the first use we had small bush branches from trimming, and some dead weeds piled up in the EZ Hauler. However we dragged the Hauler about 100 feet to the burn pile only on grass. The small branches tore and ripped the EZ Hauler bottom. I have tears now, and holes. The material needs to be heavier / thicker / tougher. I would say I will get one season out of my EZ Hauler, I thought I could get at least a couple of years out of it.There is no Ugly, I just used that for a cool headline... (:

Good, but impossible to assemble
I'm under 5 foot, so I need to find something that is about 3/4 this size. It's too big, but at least it is sturdy and has handles, although the handles on the back are sewn so tightly into the side, even my tiny hand barely fits through it. Assembly was nearly impossible for me. The poles, which are like tent poles that fit into each other with an elastic cord have to thread through a seam and then fit into a little piece of fabric at the corners. Trying as hard as I could, I couldn't get the pole to bend enough to fit into the corners. It took me probably 30 minutes to put the 3 poles on it. Aside from the poles being too long, or the little hole pockets not really being big enough for the poles, it is a good design. Better than most out there. I would recommend this.

Such a help!!!
Oh my goodness! This is going to be so helpful! We have fourteen huge trees that fill our half acre with tons of leaves! I only have my mower to mulch them and inevitably I must rake and move to the road for pickup by hand. My back is horrible and so bending over to collect leaves just about puts me under. Today I simply raked the leaves into the EZ Hauler and pull them to the road. What a joy! Our neighbor came out to admire the object d'amore! I'm a fairly strong woman for my advanced years but my only problem was putting the tension rods in. Warning to other old people without help - it's a bear. But once put together, pure bliss (compared to stooping over to pick up tons of leaves). It seems fairly sturdy but I don't know how fast it might tear on a rock or something - made of heavy plastic and I'll be careful. For now it's great!! Thank you, inventor of EZ Hauler! I would have formed my own if you hadn't, as I kept thinking of models before finding this on Amazon. Go forth and remove leaves!! YAY!!! :-) Life is hard; make it easier!
