This mini stepper came completely assembled. All I had to do was push the reset button on the counter and start stepping. It's very quiet and I like that. I am petite in size and also do to mostly inactivity and bit to age, I have lost a lot of muscle mass. So, this is a perfect way for me to build up again and keep in a healthier state. The resistance on this is very good and for my approx. 88 Lbs. it may give more resistance than say a person who weighs 100+ Lbs. I'm only guessing and not sure if weight matters on the resistance level. Since I'm just starting out with it, I use a little "less resistance" by not stepping the pedals all the way down, and only go half way. So, for those of you starting out like me, that may be a better route for you to go until you build up more strength. The one flaw that I noticed was the instruction manual, which was written in English, but made no sense. It came with a couple of tools and a small bottle of oil, but no instructions how or where to use them. It talked about thighs going numb and very odd things like that. I read some comments that said the instructions were easy to follow, so I don't know what instructions I received. I'm just grateful it was easy to use without instructions. It takes up very little space and can fit nicely in a corner. It's sturdy, but also relatively light weight, which makes it easy to move from one place to another. I'm glad I made the investment for better well-being.

I don’t like sitting on my butt all day at work. I was going out and walking in the parking lot, but apparently, smoke breaks are more acceptable than exercise breaks. I started to title this “easy” office exercise, but that isn’t accurate. It is easy to do, but is a lot more strenuous than I thought it would be. Stair master at the gym hurts my knees, but this doesn’t. It’s quiet except for the tapping sound at the end of the down step, but doesn’t disturb my office partner. Everyone (who likes to stay at least a little fit) in my building has been by to try it out, and said, “I need one of these!”

It's great quality, sturdy. Instructions not so clear. Had to start slow, was hurting knees at first.

This stepper does not have any regulator to increase or decrease the resistance level.After 3 month from the purchase, the right pedal stoped working completely . There was no pressure at all; therefore, no any resistance to use the stepper. You could damage your knee.It should have, at least, 1 year manufacturing warranty, but it does not. After several attempts,finally got the permission to return the stepper for the refund.You have to pack the stepper, deliver to the UPS and pay to Amazon a restocking fee for the defective product they sold to you.Do not buy this stepper, do not wast you money, it is junk.

i used to be pleasantly amazed at how fine this stepper is. It became quite easy to put together, and it is notable easy to apply. it's at the smaller facet, so it does not take in a ton of room. it is smooth to move around, too. It offers a tremendous, but easy workout. there may be not anything complex about it, however it sincerely works out the muscle tissues. i have been awesome pleased with it. It really gets my heart pumping with a great workout! I have not used the bands yet but I will soon and that will be another add to this great little stepper.

I liked the appearance, the ease of use, and that there was no setup involved. It's perfect for my purposes, which are to prep myself for a more strenuous exercise routine, because I've been very inactive for years. I'm 5'4" and about 115 lbs. The pedals are a little big, but that and having to stay balanced engage the core. Quiet? Yes. And very compact. Easy to use while watching TV (which also helps when you're just starting to exercise). The resistance bands are quite a bit too long for me, but not unusable. All in all, I'm pleased with my purchase.

Love this stepper. I get a nice workout with it!

So I wanted to wait 3 months to write a review but I stopped using it bc I was also going to a gym 5x a week. I’d use it on the weekends if I had the time. It now 6:23am and I was ready to use it only to find that the digital screen just doesn’t work anymore. Kinda bummed about it.
