Makes a great passion fruit mezcal/tequila sour. One part fresh lime juice, one part Torani passion fruit syrup and two parts tequila or mezcal. Shake with ice and serve. Simple and great. We rimmed the glass with black lava salt and floated a passion fruit for presentation, but not necessary.
