The media could not be loaded. EDIT: I changed my rating from 3 to 5 stars. The company reached out to me promptly to address my issue and I now have a perfect air mattress. I slept on it 7 nights in a row last week visiting relatives out of state and don't understand any of the reviews saying this thing is hard or uncomfortable. Sure if you cram as much air as you can in there it will turn into a brick, but with the air coils across the mattress if you just fill it to the point it's full and not tighter than a tick then it is softer and still very supportive. Were I visited there was actually a real bed I could've slept on but that thing is actually hard and this air mattress was a much improved alternative. This thing definitely isn't cheap but it doesn't feel like it is either. Overall I am 100% pleased with my investment, this company, and their product. Also the pic I took is this mattress sitting on top of a king size purple mattress and is basically the exact same size. As far as holding air I turned the pump on for 5-10 secs every 2-3days.So I inflated this thing yesterday. It took about 3/15 min/sec to fill. Today I checked it and it had retained most of the air, but I expected some loss from stretching. I was ready to give it 5 stars and then when I started to deflate it there was the god awful ear screeching squeal the entire time which was about the same as inflating. Other than that it's great and who knows maybe I just got a crappy one. Your experience may vary. Good luck and may the odds be forever in your favor.

If I could write this product more than five stars I would. This is got to be the most comfortable air mattress I have ever slept on. I love the height. Easy in and easy out of. I also like the fact that it’s self inflates and deflates. as a matter of fact, I am now sleeping on this air mattress permanently. Meaning I left bed. I bought this to accommodate company that we had over the holidays. I let the company have my master bedroom and I slept on this fabulous air mattress. It’s well-made very durable product. My back has not bothered me since I started sleeping on it. I highly recommend this product. If you’re not looking for permanent, I still recommend it. It comes in a nice storage bag so it’s easy to store. Once again, I’m giving it five stars followed by a +. You won’t regret the purchase.

Bought this to have for anyone to have a comfortable spot to sleep. We've had a derecho, a hurricane and a faulty A/C unit at my sons apartment. Because of all of these events we have generators to keep the A/C going. The heat has been deadly at times so this purchase was 1 solution so ppl could be a little more comfortable. As I stated it's comfortable, high enough for most ppl could actually stand up to get out of bed versus rolling on the floor. 1 problem. Very slowly loses air. You start the night out at the selected comfort by next morning it's softer & not as comfortable. The 2nd issue is how loud the air up compressor is. I've owned blow up beds over time none as loud as this. It would be a good buy if it's on sale for a great price. For now it's doing it's job.

Super easy and fast to inflate and deflate. The guest I had test it said that it was very comfortable-didn't have to add air the whole time they were sleeping on it. They said they would give it 5 stars.

I bought this in October for when my grandson comes to stay. He came Saturday 6/28. I inflated it and turned it off. 10 minutes later it was deflating. Tried again and it still deflated. This was my first time using it so it must have come with a hole. I can't initiate a return at Amazon since it has been a few months. I am going to contact the manufacturer and see if I can get any help there. I would not buy a product from them again.
