I was skeptical that this window cleaner would work. But it does. I have second story windows that have not been cleaned on the outside for 7 years(old house hard to get to)This did the trick. Bonus! It cleaned my glass shower walls. The suction never failed and it was easy to use. Like others said it isn’t perfect. It can’t clean corners but it gets pretty close. It leaves some small streaks depending on how dirty your windows are and the cleaning product used. But neither of these issues are deal breakers by any means. I’m not one for gadgets but this baby is worth it. Highly recommend.

I cleaned my glass shower doors (2) with this today and it took 2.5 hours to complete. During that time, I had to constantly supervise and troubleshoot the robot. It would clean the same spot for 20 mins even though it was completely clean. I had to manually move it to another spot and it would start the whole process all over again. There’s clearly no AI or smart mapping with this. It did clean the glass doors pretty well and it was nice I didn’t have to scrub them myself. However, it took wayyyy longer than it would’ve if I had done it, and I had to stand there the whole time watching it. So it seems like an inefficient cleaning method.

Pros:- Windows had never looked so clean before. This is the most important fact about the cleaner :)Cons:- The security cord can get in the way, because it's very long. Also, it connects to the device through the bottom, so if it falls, it has to turn around before the cord can hold it. It should have gone in the head instead. So far it has never fallen, though.- In some windows, the device gets stuck in the top right corner, and keeps hitting it over and over again. The only way to continue cleaning is with the remote control.- Instructions don't mention how much cleaning liquid needs to be added. If you put too much, the device can get wet and it will throw an error message.- Noisy, although it's understandable.

I have really hard to clean windows and dogs when I saw this had to have it. I actually used this with Method cleaner because it's the cleaner I could find the fastest to try this out and I think it's not even the best on glass and this Robot still did an awesome job. I wish they made smaller versions of this robot because I put it on my stainless appliances and they never looked better. I would love a smaller version that could do smaller windows and appliances, even though I used it on the fridge and the dishwasher it would have been more ideal with something smaller. I'm obsessed with this thing! I let it charge all the way overnight and I didn't have any suction problems. Tomorrow I'm doing countertops with this. My husband commented how nice everything looked and he thought it was awesome! This is satisfying to use and it frees me up to do other things.
