This a go-to staple in my cleansing routine. Great quality product. Easy to use. Works great to remove makeup & dirt. Enjoy it’s unscented. Doesn’t leave skin dry. Gentle on sensitive skin. Awesome on mature skin

Great cleansing balm! Very good at removing sunscreen and make up without irritating the skin. Does not break me out like other cleansing oils. Love the grinding dispenser. Will be repurching!

I have sensitive skin but this did not cause a reaction or break me out. It removed my makeup very easily including my eye makeup. I was able to be gentle on my eyelashes yet it was still very effective at removing my mascara. My skin was clean & soft & it did not leave me with blurry vision when removing my mascara. I hate eye makeup removers that cause blurry vision! The only cons I can think of is it’s hard to determine how much product you have left & it takes up space while traveling. But it works so well it’s worth it!

I liked the fact that the container prevents contamination. There us no double dipping. This takes off everything!The only downside is the quantity is so small. Didn't last very long.

Very easy to use, hygienic without dipping your fingers into the product, and was gentle on my dry sensitive skin. Just wish it has more product because it is being used up quickly.

So good. Easy to use. Love the dispenser and I don’t have to dig my fingers into jar or get under my nails. Works VERY well removing all eye makeup. Leaves my skin moisturized and smells good too. Not over powering with scent either. Use water or not and wipe. It’s great.

For reference, I have used the Banila Co original cleansing balm and the Heimish cleansing balm (both within a similar price range to this one.)1. This formula is softer probably to make the grinding mechanism work, but that means it melts really fast in comparison. Could be a pro or con, but for me it is a con. I felt like I had less product to spread around on my face and neck so I had to grind out more to use.2. You might go through this very fast. I had it for less than a month and finished it pretty quick, partially because I always thought I needed more to really get the day off my face. I did a few test washes and noticed that I still had makeup left on my skin after the initial wash (before going in with another cleanser). This didn’t happen with Banila or Heimish. I would sometimes use those by themselves if I got lazy.I think the price reflects the grinding packaging but the product itself is so-so. If you want something that is more bang for buck, I would suggest Banila or Heimish as they lasted much longer and did the job with less product. Even though I had to deal with a spatula, in the end, I would jot need to repurchase as often.
