Soft ClawsDog and Cat Nail Caps Take Home Kit, Large, Natural

The soft paws are easy to put on my Bichon. I don't think of her as a large dog but one review suggested large for her weight. They fit perfect. She chewed some of them off so I bought some nail polish that was supposed to stop nail biting. It doesn't work on dogs. She chewed them off after a few day. Just having the soft paws on for a time has made her stop jumping up on people for now. I only hope she continues to stop. She has scratched several people and slashed me. All on accident. She is very sweet and would never hurt anyone on purpose. I would appreciate any help on stopping her chewing them off.

Calling the company,I told them why I was purchasing these nail caps - to keep my dogs from slipping on my bamboo floors. I was told they would work. They don't. The dogs hate them. I don't see them getting any resistance. They chewed some off and, I am afraid, ate them. Though I am told the product is non-toxic...do I really want my dogs eating this? No. Also...one of my dogs got her fur snagged on a nail and was screeching until I could cut the fur away it.What if that happened and I was away? Called the company to find out how to get them off. I was told to clip off the tips and they will fall off. Clipped the tips...waiting to see if they will actually fall off. Nope...won't buy these again.

The large is a good size for a Cavalier. I cut a small amount off of the base to fit the thicker, shorter nails of a Cavalier. I have an older client that gets severe bruising if her dog jumps on her and she requested nail caps. These last for months and completely resolve the problem. The dog does not chew on them and ignores them from the moment they are put on. Make sure nails are clean and fur is trimmed before applying. Refrigerate after use to preserve glue for multiple applications.

These work great for my dachshund with back problems, he drags his back feet weird and wears down his nails since his last IVDD episode so these caps work great and we can go on walks again. Easy to put on and they have stayed on a long time.

I love this product for cats, so I ordered it for my dog too. Unfortunately, it can be much harder to find the right fit for a dog than it is for a cat. After two attempts, I couldn't get the sizing quite right, as my dog's claws are apparently larger than one would expect for his body weight. Once I did get a few caps glued on, the dog quickly set to chewing them off. With his nervous gnawing, we didn't get more than a day's use from the nail caps. I don't think the product is designed poorly necessarily. In my experience, however, the nail caps don't work well for all pets.

The tips went on as they said. However, they were NOT soft and they were NOT quiet. They were worse than our dogs nails. If you want them for protection, they are probably ok. But we needed them to soften our dogs nails on our hardwood floors. That did not happen. Our dog also had longer/wider nails than we thought but we made them work but shortening the tip by cutting about 1/3 off. They stayed on as promised but did not make him quieter. Was much louder!

Very hard plastic. If your dogs nails to do not fit easily in the hole, you cannot get these on. Zero flexibility in sliding the very rectangular hole shape on a round nails. Order bigger size and cut the height down to fit.Good for bigger dogs if you can get them on.

Easy to apply with 2 people. My dog likes to chew them off . But work good while they are on

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Produkt! Leider schleift unsere Hündin (Franz. Bully) mit den Krallen und wir haben durch diese Kappen wieder mehr Spaß beim Gassi gehen weil wir nicht mehr drauf achten müssen wo sie läuft. Sie halten sehr gut zwar nur so 7-10 Tage (je nach Wetter, sind nicht wasserdicht) aber das ist für uns kein Problem, das anbringen bedarf ein bisschen Übung, mussten sie auch etwas kürzen aber das ist mittlerweile kein Problem mehr.Sie hat 11 Kilo und Größe L passt mit etwas kürzen perfekt. Ich bestelle jetzt regelmäßig dieses Produkt!

Ich habe die Nail Caps für meine Hündin bestellt, die auf Grund ihres Alters die Pfoten beim Laufen nicht immer genug anhebt und deswegen die Vorderseite der Krallen abgerieben sind. Die Nail Caps erschienen mir da als perfekte Lösung. Leider gab es das erste Problem mit der Größe, die man auf Grund des Gewichtes des Hundes bestellen soll. Meine Hündin wiegt 17 kg also habe ich M bestellt. Die passten aber leider nicht über die Krallen. Dann habe ich L bestellt. Die waren leider nicht wesentlich breiter, sondern hauptsächlich länger. Ich habe dann versucht einen der Caps aufzuschneiden, damit ich ihn so über die Kralle ziehen kann, aber auch das hat leider nicht funktioniert . Außerdem sollen die Caps mit Sekundenkleber an den Krallen befestigt werden, das war mich vorher nicht klar. Auf evtl aufgeriebene Krallen kann ich unmöglich so einen aggressiven Kleber geben, da habe ich Angst, dass es brennen würde und dann bekäme ich das Ding womöglich nicht mehr ab.Schade, jetzt habe ich 34 und 41 Euro ausgegeben und werde die Teile wohl entsorgen....

Wir verwenden diese Krallen mittlerweile bereits seit 2 Jahren immer wieder. Super Qualität, leichtes Anbringen und der Hund kommt super mit seinen „Nägeln“ klar. Erreichte uns übrigens weit vor dem eigentlichen Liefertermin.
