When you make the bluetooth connection, please insure both your TV adapter and SH03 headphones in the pairing mode. SH03 pairing mode: blue and red led light flashing alternately. Bluetooth audio adapter pairing mode should be also blue and red led light flashing alternately. Or led light flashing fast, refer to its user instruction. Does these work as wired headphones too?

I wish if I can realistically tell you that this is so far the best head-phone I ever had. Of course it works wirelessly and noise cancellation made it perfect for calling people whilst minimising the risk of touching your phone. I wish if I can buy another one. Ergonomically, it is best and comfortable. Well, I am not a promoter. It is actually I appreciate this product and if I compare to any prestigious brands, this is the best.
