ECCO is a European shoe company founded in Denmark in 1963. Today they own and operate factories throughout Europe and Asia. They produce all the leather used in making Ecco shoes, taking measures to protect the environment at the same time. Their sole aim is to make a comfortable walking shoe.

Very comfortable!
What a great pair of shoes!!! So light and very comfortable, no break-in time at all.

Good fit, could use more arch support
Just spent two weeks walking around Spain in two pairs of these shoes. The good news: no blisters. The bad news: not really enough support for my high arches. And the footbed could use a little more padding as walking on stone streets really took a toll on my feet in terms of fatigue and pain. The mesh provides nice ventilation.
