I originally gave this 2 stars. After my 1st review the company reached out to me. They sent me another one to try. I couldn't get any of the music to play. My daughter sat down and got some music transfered to it and they worked with no issues. She showed me how to do it...and it plays fine...except for a few that my daughter said were bad files. This is so much easier to scroll through and operate than the other brand I got to replace this one. I haven't played around with it for the other things (ebook, etc) but for playing my downloaded music for when I bike ride or walk it's great! 5 stars for that and also the seller! Thank you Emily!

This little mp3 player is very compact and lightweight which makes it ideal for a work out, walk, or travel. It has Bluetooth capability, however, it is not designed to connect to car speakers. It comes with headphones, wired. I was surprised to learn it works as an ebook. That is a nice feature. I also like that it has the ability to record as I often do meeting minutes at my job and have better accuracy if I record audio and listen while I do the notes. The controls are simple and easy to figure out. This device also can serve as an alarm clock. Lots of abilities in a small package. There is a removable micro SD card that comes pre-installed. This is a nice player for the cost.

Had I written this review within the first month of owning this product I would have had left a great, glowing review. However, I not here to report such great things. We have owned this product for a little over two months and it no longer works. It has only been used as normal, to listen to music while working. It was easy to use, easy to upload songs, but I do expect any product I purchase to last longer than two months.

Didn't work out of the package after fully charging. Returned for refund. UPDATE Seller responded with stellar service and replaced it promptly, followed-up to confirm my satisfaction. It has long battery life (I only used it 4 hours straight), great sound and is easy to use. All my music files are on it -probably 300 or so.Highly recommend!

I’ve been using Arungo MP3 players for years almost daily for music. I still buy cds and rip them to an sd card. This new one has added Bluetooth and an easier to navigate menu. Case feels high quality also. I switch between wired and Bluetooth regularly so this player makes it very easy. Looks like they’ve upped the quality of an already good product without breaking the bank. Always great customer service also.

The sd card card that came with it lasted for almost 4 days. I scanned it on 3 computers and it’s dead. Also, I like to do a shuffle all for my songs, not here. This forced me to but a 7th gen iPod nano.

This is a great, simple MP3 player. It has no wifi, so it is safe for kids. It is simple to operate, good quality build and even come with earphones. I highly recommend.
