Bought a 3T for my 20 month old who is transitioning from 2T to 3T and it fits perfectly. I would have ordered a size up if I knew how snug it would be but it will be fine for this summer. We were thrilled to find a Powerpuff Girls swim suit. It's adorable and seems very well made.
