Great shave cream. It has a cool refreshing Minty smell but more importantly protects your face from razor burn and cuts.

I didn’t think it was worth it. No intention of reordering. Then I went back to the gel stuff and it was a, “holy crap - this stuff is worthless” moment. Once I got past not having crap all over my face, it turned out the Harry’s stuff is wildly superior. I still like to top it off with a proper shave cream when I have it. But I’m probably going to use this stuff forever. 2 tubes lasted me 10 months.

This is the best shaving cream I have ever used. Okay it is non-aerosol but it is great and has a nice cooling sensation associated with it when first applied and the sensation still has a bit of memory after the shaving task is completed.

Harry’s shaving crème is very similar to Cremo; a thick creme, goes on like paste, not appropriate for a shave brush, takes some effort to rinse off, can re-wet for a second pass, gums up razors, etc. I like Harry’s slightly more than Cremo because: it’s slightly easier to apply and rinse off, the scent is less medicinal, and I find it gives a slightly better shave experience (Cremo is just too thick for my tastes). However, I still prefer other styles of cremes/gels/soaps because of the list of cons I mention above. After shaving my safety razor was so gummed up I ended up completely disassembling the razor and removing the blade to get it rinsed out- not sure what you’d do with a cartridge razor… just toss it, I guess. Like Cremo this will be relegated to my Dopp kit for travels.

They are a little small

Purchased this. As well as CREMO. Did a 50/50 with HARRYS and CREMO one on each half of my face. For my face HARRY’s no contest. Cremo dried up fast and had to continue adding water i found i eneded up finishing my face with HARRYS after 2nd pass though reviews are positive of CREMO so while i have not given up on it maybe just used more than recommended but not by much I feel. The HARRYS. Love it. Better thickness. Goes on very smooth and tends to cling well to the skin and even without a brush (waiting for mine to arrive) it works great i got the closest shave to date with 0 skin irritation or razor burn (Astro platinum blades) HENSON AL13 and thats 3 passes.. nice cool feeling and smells great as well. Gave it 4 as first time using it time will tell for future uses.
