War Eagle Mill Organic Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix, 24 oz Bag (2 Pack)

This is the most delicious chocolate chip pancake mix I've ever tried. I'm a huge chocolate fan and I've found a lot of chocolate in mixes tastes weird or fake. This mix contains a generous amount of chips as well. They have a rich creamy chocolate taste. I've used the mix to make waffles as well. They turned out great and cooked up soft (and melty) inside and a crisp traditional waffle edge. The waffle recipe was easily divided so I didn't have to make a full recipe, perfect for a smaller crowd. I've been making homemade pancakes for many years and find this mix to be a very close substitute that's easily pulled out of the pantry for a quick batch. War Eagle Mill has done a great job of reworking this mix and improving it as well as making it USDA Organic. My family has a deep love for sweet breakfast items. Pancakes and waffles are usually at the top of our list. Up until now, we have relied on Birch and Benders pancake/waffle mix, but not anymore! We have found a new pantry staple. This mix is truly fantastic. We have tried the pancakes and the waffles. Both were crowd pleasers! My 11 year old gave it 5++ stars!

Worst pancake mix, dense not flavor

War Eagle Mill is famous in my area so I was excited to try these. They did not disappoint! They cook up very fluffy and had just the right texture. I felt like I was feeding my kids something a little more substantial than regular pancakes and they thought they were great. Will keep these on rotation!

I love the War Eagle Mill organic pancake mixes and so does my family! I can really taste the difference with the organic ingredients, and the kids just like how they taste period. The blueberries are so big and plump! This is the best pancake mix I’ve ever had. Yummy and make great gifts!

I bought the buttermilk pancakes and the protein pancakes and they are both amazing! You really don’t even need any syrup- just enjoy the flavor!
