Super!
I use a mandoline slicer almost every day. I have had several over the years. This simple, quality made slicer is my favorite. We are renting a house out of state and I forgot to bring along another small one that I usually pack when we rent. This kitchen did not have one so I ordered this inexpensive one to use for 6 weeks. It is well designed, sharp, and even has grooves to securely store the hand protector over the blade when not in use. The thickness of the slices is easily adjusted. This slicer is small and compact but slices beautifully. I recommend it without hesitation.

GREAT !
I can't believe how good this thing is. Tried it now four times. Tried onion, tomato, and sweet potato. Man I should have gotten one of these years ago. Reading reviews about people getting cut always stopped me from getting one. The trick is just to be careful, don't be in a rush. I'm going to order an extra as a spare because I can see this getting a lot of use. The quality seems great. For people that like to get picky, you "might" be able to say the handle is a little short ...BUT...it does not affect anything at all. It's GREAT!

Useful tool
We have a professional-grade mandoline, but it's big, bulky, and a hassle to clean. I wanted to find a better tool that takes up less space and is easy to use and clean. The slicer works well and the blade is sufficiently sharp. The degrees of thickness are all useful and easily differentiated. The food holder takes a little time to get used to, but I've grown to appreciate it. Although it's different than conventional designs, it grips food more securely and operates smoothly down to the bottom. My only complaint is that food debris gets caught underneath the blade with no easy way to brush it clean. I was able to get it clean with a water flosser. It's definitely worth considering if you need to perform uniform slicing.

Works great for slicing fruits & veggies
This is a cheap and effective mandoline. It's perfect for slicing anything when you want a consistent thickness, like homemade potato chips or tomatoes & pickles for burgers. You should always use the grip or wear cut-resistant gloves though, as it's pretty easy to accidentally slip and cut yourself doing it bare-handed. It has adjustable thickness levels, and a slot to store the grip on the mandoline when not in use. There are larger options that are nicer and have more features or stability, but this one can slide right into a drawer and is very affordable, so it's especially great for someone that doesn't need to use one of these super frequently and waste your countertop space.

It's Sharp!
I used this on a massive lotus root. If you're not familiar lotus roots are dense and difficult to cut, similar to butternut squash and harder than a potato. The root was a little wider than this mandoline but other than that I sliced a foot long root in a couple minutes. Truly impressive, definitely don't want to get your fingers stuck in there! I like that you can adjust the thickness of the slices too, there are 3 settings. And while storing it you can make it flush with the plastic itself (though I still would maybe not trust your fingers on it!)Hopefully it does not dull over time but it seems sturdy enough for the price!

Works as expected
I love salads but hate slicing and dicing cucumbers. So I thought I would try to make it quicker. This does make it quicker. The slowest thing is just being safe. The blade is sharp so you must use caution when your hand is near the blade. Otherwise how fast you can slice is determined by how fast you can slide the holder and regrip what you are slicing.I gave it only 4 stars because the headline description says grader. Also the gripper feels kind of clunky. It can grip smaller diameter veggies but not large diameter. This means you have to use your hand near the sharp blade to slice up something like a tomato. Something like a block behind what you are slicing would be a nice option to pair with the gripper.
