Very nice pillow!I have always used latex foam pillows. They feel just right to me. But I get better rest with memory foam. I just hate the solid heavy, smallish traditional memory foam pillows.This pillow is memory foam but shredded! It isn't quite as "squishy" memory foam as I've felt, but very comfortable. It is almost too stuffed for my taste, but it's perfect for my husband, who quickly stole it! It's easy to remove some fill though if needed. Plus the instructions for fluffing it up out the package are oddly fun! Granted, the instructions weren't included with the pillow (for how to fluff it up fully) , but a quick trip to their website showed how to fluff it up. It arrives flat, in an airtight bag. Cut it open and toss it in the dryer! In a few minutes I pulled out a big fluffy warm pillow that went in very thin and wimpy looking! Love it.

I feel like I'm on a neverending quest for the best pillow. Bought this one but it was a little bit too hard. I pulled out like a grocery bag of foam and now it's a dream. I like how it's basically an adjustable softness/firmness and while I'm still trying to figure it out, it's pretty great. It's not overly filled like another one I purchased. That one really hurt my neck. There is no smell, like talked about in other pillows. Overall, we're pleased.

It's a very nice full bodied pillow but even after removing a lot of the filling I still couldn't get it to conform to my head+neck to feel 100% comfortable.I did feel like I could breath better because I felt the pillow position my head in a different angle and it opened up my airway better than it was already open to begin with(while laying on my back).Side sleeping was harder but I will get it.

My wife made me one like this years ago because of neck problems. When it finally started disintegrating I could not find one any place, when I finally found one it was the same price as a bed without any warranty. I really like that you can take the outer case off and wash it, you can open the inner part and add or take away some of the foam. You can firm it up or put a rut in it. EDIT: 4-29-19 I had to do an update because of that burnt rubber smell, you can't get rid of it. I have had it for 4 months and it just can't be covered up.

I have never had to activate a pillow before. It comes to you in a small package with all the air sucked out of it. Kind of like a memory foam mattress. There's a note in the box telling you to register your pillow and instructions on how to fluff your pillow out. Its really pretty simple. It has a slight smell that decipates after 24 hours. The pillow has a washable protective cover which is convenient. The pillow itself has a zipper so you can remove some of the foam if it is to much foam for you. The instructions tell you how to store the excess foam if you do remove some. The foam is kind of lumpy but it does not effect its comfort. This pillow is firm and very supportive. The amount of foam in the pillow worked fine for me so I didn't need to remove any. I was a very comfortable sleep

Bought this in September and was immediately impressed by the level of neck support, and had several months of really great sleep. However, after about 3 months I felt the memory foam "fluff" start to flatten out, and now the pillow doesn't feel quite full and I wake up once a night with a stiff neck and have to refluff the pillow to be comfortable. Wish I had more stuffing! 5 star from the get go but now just an average pillow.

This pillow is a little full so my head is lifted pretty high but it is soft and comfy. Definitely wouldn't recommend if you enjoy laying flat or close to flat. This has a lot of support. I love that one side of the pillow is less filled than the other side so you can choose which side works for you.

The pillow came in a very small package, because it is compressed. Once activated in the dryer it goes to full size. It is a very full pillow, but over time it conforms to your body.I use it to prop up until it fully compresses. It is a very large full pillow. I can use as I'm a side sleeper.
