My chairs came sooner than expected. No damage. All parts included. I love my chairs. They are very comfortable and sturdy! I can’t say enough about their customer service people, they were all amazing. Very quick responses and courteous via email correspondence. They took the time to send me pictures with diagrams so I could finish the assembly with ease. I am a 71 woman with limited knowledge of assembly and very basic tools on hand. I assembled both chairs by myself. You do need a basic drill, tools to tighten bolts and you are good to go! I am proud to have accomplished this project by myself. The customer service team made it easy for me. Thank you!

These chairs were easy to put together, but it definitely was a two person job. A couple drilled holes seemed to be a bit off. Thankfully my husband had some real tools to use. It would have been near impossible with the allen wrench and flat wrench provided. The finished chairs look good, feel solid and comfortable.

These are great chairs. All the parts are labeled which makes it easy to assemble. Very comfortable and look great.

Assembly was a bit complicated but instructions were clear and not a single little part was missing. Good chairs!

This is a low quality chair set. Hope to get a years use out of them. To start, the Allen head bolts do not screw easily into the receivers on the chair parts. In addition, the receiver ends are not accurately lined up and lead the bolts to not enter properly. In trying to “force” the bolt into the receiver ends, the Allen head stripped out and I had to tighten/remove some of the bolts with a set of pliers. To resolve this issue, I heavily lubricated the receiver ends and ran the bolts in and out numerous times to “wear in” the bolt and receiver threads. The metal on the chair arms was sharp in some areas. Will need to file these areas down and probably re-paint. I was going to return the set, but didn’t want the hassle of trying to repackage all the parts into the box (that was damaged on delivery) and return to shipping store. Took me 4 hours struggling with this 2 chair set. Will never purchase this brand again. Gave it one star because it does look pretty nice.

I purchased these chairs to match the rest of my patio set, they were easy to put together and even came with the correct tools! They match the rest of my set perfectly and they are very comfortable along with being a good price!

It's too soon, really, to rate the quality of the chairs. The pieces arrived well packaged and the assembled chairs look nice and seem sturdy and durable. Only time will confirm that. What I was disappointed with now was the factory preparation for assembly...and that's what is reflected in my star rating. Several of the bolt holes did not match up well between pieces making it difficult to place, align, and/or tighten the bolts. And the nuts were difficult to tighten on many of the bolts (or to complete tightening the bolts installed with the Allen wrench). Eventuality I had to resort to using a couple of my own adjustable-end wrenches in order to have sufficient torque. Because of these issues the assembly took far longer than it should have.

These outdoor chairs are nice. They seem to be well made and they are very comfortable. The only thing I would have liked better would have been for the arms to be at an angle that goes out instead of straight up. They are supposed to be 400 lb capacity but I really don’t see how they would fit. I wanted the extra durability of the weight capacity so it’s fine for us but the chairs replaced were same seat width but arm rests angled out a bit. Overall very comfortable. Dry fairly quick but you will need a towel if it rained during the night. I also like that they swivel and rock. I would buy again. I hope they last a long time. They were also fairly easy to put together.
