The battery was delivered quickly and seller was great.

Works perfectly! I am using it right now in my HP17-ak012nr laptop. Came with 37% charge and didn't take long to fully charge. I will take their advice and run it down twice so it will give better service and a longer life.

Battery provides 2-3 hours of use which is good enough for my use. Connector did not have a snug or snap fit to mother board but a little tape secured it. Appreciated the screw drivers and guitar pic that were included.

Was working fine for about 2 days, until my T480 suddenly powered off and it would absolutely not turn on. No cpu fans spinning, no indicator lights, absolutely nothing. I swapped it out the internal battery for the one I originally had, which would have atleast been powered on AC only, but it had the same problem. I throughly inspected the motherboard and found some burnt capacitors. This battery has fried my motherboard, and now I have to spend even more money to get my laptop up and running again. Avoid this product with your life, it didn't even have a good charge when it was working

Product works perfectly fine. As shown in the first picture(i’ll Include a 2nd one with the original battery wire attachments and a 3rd showing what I did to make the new battery wires fit the port), the only thing I had an issue was with the cable being a bit longer than the original and not being able to bend it as easily. This caused me To have A harder time/issues while trying to insert it because I couldn’t bend the cable. What I had to do was cut some of the black wrap holding the cable together so I could bend them at that angle and insert it. That was my only issue which can be fixed easily if you get A product with the wires longer and with the black wrapping thing getting on your way of bending it. Hope this helps anyone in the future so that you don’t freak out. Otherwise, it works perfectly.

Battery was a perfect match and I am very pleased with performance so far. However, two of the 11 screws on the cover of the unit were extremely difficult to remove. Don’t underestimate this part of process.

The product fit my need perfectly

Works just fine but the battery only has a capacity of 20Wh as you can easily check yourself and not 24Wh as claimed in the description.
