Value for Money
It's a great device and absolutely value for money. build quality is good.. and more importantly performance is great for all productivity and office related work. It's comes with Linux mint os bt I installed Windows 11 pro and it's working fine.

The product is good. But
The product is good. But unable to connect to there official repository for update. Then I clean install Linux mint. Now everything is ok.

"I got this mini PC to use for my voice-over projects and writing, and it’s been perfect! The N-series processor handles all my daily tasks smoothly, including running software like Audacity for editing audio files, as well as research and browsing, without any lag. The device came with Linux instead of Windows, which took a bit of getting used to, but it’s actually very intuitive and works well for what I need. Excellent Efficient System
Needed a compact second system to test and play with Linux, and Praho 2.1 has been perfect. Small, efficient, and handles everything I throw at it with ease. Great value!

Good hardware and support. Software needs improvement.
I bought it for my father, who uses it for surfing the internet and doing some online trading. He has been using it since December 2024. The processor is fast and the setup is overall good. The support centre was responsive. Remember that if there are any issues, the unit will be shipped to their head office in Mumbai for repairs.However, the software needs improvement as it is difficult to update the apps. I had to reinstall LibreOffice and Chrome since they were not updating automatically. The company should provide some options for installing clean Linux Mint.
