Sole Serenity Foot Pads - Zeolite Mineral, Ginger Root, Wormwood, Bamboo Vinegar, Foot Spa for Achy Feet - 20 Pads

I'm always on the lookout for a product to help with sleep. Now, with Sole Serenity, my search is over. From the first night I used them, I had a deep, long [for me] sleep. Not wanting to get overly hopeful with a 1-night success, which I have had happen before, I continued to put them to the test, and they continue to result in deep, restful sleep. I'm giving packets out to friends, hoping they have the same success I've had. Like many of you, I've struggled with poor sleep on and off for years, and have tried so many different products. I believe I have finally found the Holy Grail for sleep for me.

I have used them tge last 3 nights and all 3 times tge pads are black, but after reading other reviews with tge same results I guess its due to the charcoal in tge pads.i I usually wake up a few times during tge night, but tge last 2 I've awoke once but went right back to sleep. So I guess it has helped with sleep.i did notice comments about not staying on all night without socks. My solution is to put them on a few hours before bed and they stay on all night.

I’m not really sure if they worked because some days I still felt supper drained after waking up but I used all of them. It definitely helped me get into a deep sleep. It’s very easy to use, very sticky

We were very skeptical purchasing this product. However, this is a lifesaver. My husband and I both tried them for the first time last night. We have never had that good of a nights sleep in years. It was within the first 10-15 minutes after we put them on our feet. First time ever I woke up refreshed. They stick very well, they are not coming off. Worth a try. We will be repurchasing again.

I used the pads last night. When I removed them, sure enough, they were colored dark-brown to near black, and had a distinctive, not pleasant odor. Then, I unwrapped a new pad, dabbed some pure water on it. In a few minutes, it too turned the same dark color, and had the same odor. My conclusion: the proposition that the pads 'draw out toxins via soles of feet, as indicated by the appearance and odor of used pads'... is easily debunked.

Mixed feels about it. I Used it for a few days. I didn’t see a change over all in how I felt the next day. Only thing I did see was that I slept hard. It stinks in the morning. First night, it was uncomfortable. But after that it was okay. I think it’s not worth the money, in the long run.

Amazing product. It takes a lot to impress me. My hubby and I have been using them for over a week. We both sleep better and have NO restless legs, which we both have struggled with for years. If this keeps up, I can stop taking all the nasty stuff I take to help sleep. The smell isn't bad, at all. Kinda smells like fake bacon.

Quality:I saw an ad with a video for these foot pads and I decided to try them. The first night after putting the foot pads on I felt an immediate calming sensation through my whole body and a tingly feeling on the bottom of my feet. I feel like the pads helped put me to sleep. In the morning I was disgusted and amazed at the color of the pads and I felt like I did a detox of any toxins in my body overnight. The results were grossly satisfying!
