Advanced Mechanic Tool Kit AK-38

so i bought this for my bf as a xmas gift since he kept mentioning how he wished he had his own set of tools to do his own work on his bike since he kept going to a bike shop to change his parts tires etc. and it just kept gettting pricey anyways so he has since been very satisfied no longer needing to go to bike shop he has a fixed gear bike which is pretty simple bike compared to a road bike. so definatily worth if you ride your bike alot and like to upgrade your parts every so often and tire wear and tear especially if you ride with no brakes which you all should be careful you crazy ppl!!!

I wasn't really keen on spending the extra money for the brand name's sake, but when I received this in the mail I was pleasantly surprised with the quality. I don't foreseeI will need to replace any of these tools from wear and expect them to last. The kit has 99% of the tools you would need to put a bike together, save for tools to deal with bearings on the bottom bracket and a torque wrench. I do wish it had come with a nice set of allen wrenches, but those are common enough you can grab them from any store that sells tools.

The set is missing a couple of must have tools and has a a couple of pieces that aren't really needed. Drop the bottle opener and the chain and cassette cleaners and add a a torque wrench and a 10MM allen wrench for FSA crank bolt removal.

Great tool set by Park but the kit was missing the cable housing cutters, a $30 item... Would have given it 5 stars otherwise.Tools I would have liked included in the kit (that I knew weren't from the start) are:- A full Allen wrench set- Internal routing kit- Bearing press- Ball end 'Y' wrenches

This kit has everything you need to put a bike together from scratch--except a headset press. The only tool I never use is the bottom bracket wrench, which is too large for any of the dozen bikes I work on. Even comes with a beer bottle opener. The tool box idea is not the greatest, since the tools are just piled in there in a jumble. I made a tool board for the bike room, and the tools really are presented more effectively that way.

This is good starting point for working on bicycle. I have help me a lot but it does have all the tools I would wanted or needed but it has about 90% what I need ed over haul the bicycle I am working on. The Quality of the tools is good.

This has everything that you will need except for torque wrenches. I bought this just before I assembled a road bike I was building from scratch. This had every tool I needed and more, except the torque wrench, but I didnt' expect that due to their cost.

I'm very excited to have this tools,it will save me a lot of money on the maintenance , and just about what you need to build a bike. Excellent on the shipping ,came in a day early. Great job to the seller!!!!

Great kit, I'm uncertain if it's better just to buy tools as you need them or buy many of them at once. Either way, the kit has almost everything I need to fix most problems in the parking lot before I hit the trails. I actually got an upgrade to an AK-40 so I'm quite happy.

Habe damit mittlerweile 3 Fahrräder zerlegt und wieder zusammengebaut. Bislang hat abgesehen von einer Rohrzange nichts gefehlt. Das Werkzeug zeigt bei bislang sachgemäßer Anwendung keine Gebrauchsspuren und hinterlässt eine hochwertigen Eindruck. Eine kurze Beschreibeung einzelner Komponenten hätte nicht geschadet, dafür eine Stern weniger.
