These are very effective tablets (I only took three each night for them to work their magic), but I would always feel like one of them was stuck in my esophagus. So great price point and effective Triphala, but I just can't swallow them easily enough to make it worth it.

Very easy to take this tablets and not much ingredients added and taste is also okish.Lol I like this brand very much.I often buy Moringa tablets as wel.
