Do the spices have sugar?

Thanks for asking! The only flavor in the smoked set that has any type of sweetener is the Mesquite Lime, which has some real organic maple syrup that is dried and then crushed up. The amount is minimal, as there is still 0g sugar per serving. I hope that helps. Thanks for asking! Each spice clearly shows all ingredients. A select few of them have a little bit of sweetener. You have asked specifically about the Smoked 5 pack and just one of the flavors - Mesquite Lime - has a very small amount of real organic maple syrup that is dried and then crushed up and added into the seasoning. FreshJax is big on ingredients and we show all of them on the label (as other spice companies can list "spices" on the ingredient list to hide their ingredients). Are these spices Whole30 compliant?

The good news is that the Griling 5 pack is indeed Whole 30 compliant (based on the fact there are no sugars in any of the 5 flavors and the corn in the Smokey Southwest is organic corn meal and not corn starch). FreshJax Organic Spices clearly lists all ingredients on our labels, so it is easy to tell what is in there. That's actually why we started the company in 2011.
