Great for the hard to reach oil filter.

The concept is really good and the wrench did work for what I needed. But it is somewhat cheaply made and slides a little bit on the filter, at least on the two I changed so far with it. In both cases it scratched the paint off the filter, but didn't damage it. Seems it could have been built with slip resistant ends.

Grabbed that big Cat filter and removed no problem.
For a 4-1/4" diameter Cat filter this did the trick, no drama, no slip.

Little loose goosey
Kit comes with both left and right turn filter wrench adapters. Arms fall around too easily to form fit to the filter. I gave 4 stars due to having to fight them to stay in place while I turned my ratchet wrench to remove and install filters. They do not feel cheap material wise.

Worked great on my 2006 dodge ram 3500 5.9L diesel
It's very difficult to remove the oil filter from a 5.9L cummins diesel engine, at least it is on my 2006 dodge ram 3500. this little tool helped a LOT in conjunction with a 10" 3/8 drive extension. It pulled out the installed filter really well, and saved me a lot of time and headache and removal of the air intake. I would recommend this product for oil filter removal.

Haven't used them yet but is higher quality than my old one that's similar
