Missing Pieces
Came missing a few pieces and had some additional ones. We ended up with an additional corner section and have a few pieces that weren’t included. Otherwise fun

Good quality, packaging wasn't great
The quality of the puzzle is great but a few of the bags were burst open upon delivery. But overall, big fan!

The box was extremely messed up
The box was messed up and the tape wasn't on the sides it looks like someone opened it before I got it and I don't have all the bags of puzzles I'm supposed to have 9 different bags of pieces for the puzzle and i only got 8 it's extremely frustrating because I was wanting to do this and now I can't it was extremely important to me and Its not complete it looked like someone threw it and it messed everything up I was looking forward to doing this because it was cool but now I can’t

Open bag, pieces everywhete
Opened shipping box and was immediately disappointed as the puzzle box was already opened and saw pieces strewn about including in shipping box. I seem to have all the bags and only one appears to be split open, but still not confident I have all of the pieces. Too expensive to be missing a piece off the top and can't confirm until I put it together. Some of the pieces in the shipping box stuck to the shipping tape. Hopefully not too damaged. Not the same quality as a Ravens burger puzzle

Mixed pieces
Terrible packaging pieces are all mixed as well. For the price and quality of the puzzle it should be packaged better

Pieces falling out of box when picked up.
Come home to package setting in the carport like supposed tobe. But when I picked it up to bring it inside pieces fell out of the bottom of the box. Who knows how many are missing was excited to give this as a gift I hope the other ppl puzzles I bought for Christmas gifts have not been opened and strowed about

Beware
This puzzle was delivered open with pieces scattered. Not only is it a difficult puzzle to begin with... But now we would need to guess which packet the random pieces come from. Who knows if it has been used? Returning immediately.
