Good for travel, not for every day
I like both of these tools and they work well for travel. Both the brush and the puff are good quality and do a nice job with application but they are really small. The size is ideal for travel but I have bigger, similar brushes that I use for every day. The price is a bit high for a set of travel brushes but if it’s on your budget and you’re looking for compact options these perform well and are high quality.

So Soft
These two items are fantastic. I like that I can use the brush and the pad to really get a good coverage of my make up. Both are very easy to clean. They have held up well with no break down of the materials. I would definitely get these again!

They're okay
For me, these are nothing special. I can not justify the price when there are cheaper options available. The sponge is soft and I haven't had any issues with the brush/bristles. They are very small. The brush is a mini brush. I don't mind them but, I have others that perform the same and are bigger.

Buttery soft
These tools came in their own little case for travel convenience and I was absolutely thrilled about it! The whole set is very compact and will fit in even smaller purses or clutches. The sponge applicator is so buttery soft, and feels very sturdy. The banding on it has solid stitching, and so far it's been a breeze to use. I don't normally use a sponge for application but this one has me completely sold. It makes coverage around the eyes and eyebrows so much easier and more precise than using a bristle brush, but also doesn't feel as unhygenic as using fingers. The brush itself is great, so far no loss of bristles, which I don't expect given the obvious quality of these products.Overall, very happy with this, definitely worth it!

Awful
I got package today and I opened box..the product box were already torn and inside case already to opened. There is foundation on the brush and puff. I'm so disappointed. It looks like someone used it and then returned it. I love k brand and k beauty but what’s going on? Is this Amazon fault or the tool lab fault?I'm going to return this and just bought another one, but I'm hoping that a new product arrives.

Perfect for traveling
I really like that these tools came inside their own little plastic carrying cases which makes it easy to throw into my cosmetic bag when traveling. I was surprised how small the brush was but even taking that into consideration it is very effective when applying foundation. The flat surface helps to provide a lot of coverage very quickly and the soft bristles buff everything out. I have not experienced any streaking with this brush either which is quite nice. There has been no fallout of the bristles when cleaning and the quality is very good. The value is not quite there for me but I would absolutely spend money on a larger non-travel version of this brush its that good.

LOVE THE BRUSH
As many makeup brushes I have, I’ve always applied my foundation with my fingertips. However, this brush from The Tool Lab has changed that. I’m a fan of Korean beauty, but have never tried any bushes specifically from Korea. This made applying my foundation so much easier and it extended the amount of foundation I typically use. It was cut in half by using this brush.I was also able to easily finesse areas under my eyes and around my face. I just love this brush, mainly the design. I do have some foundation brushes, which I use for bronzer or blushes. But none of them are shaped like this one. It’s particularly great for traveling due to its size. For hygienic reasons, very pleased how these items came wrapped. They were sealed and come with a very handy plastic container - another traveling bonus. I’m not as crazy about the memory foam like sponge which is why I deducted a star. But to be fair, I haven’t experimented with that item as much. The Tool Lab does have a store here on Amazon where you can purchase just the foundation brush for $19. They also sell a wide variety of other items ranging in prices to just over $100. I think the price is fair. I own a variety of brushes from brands like Elf to higher end names like Wayne Goss. While I don’t feel you have to spend a lot of money for a quality brush, a good brush can make all the difference in creating a final look. Highly recommend this brush and the brand.
