Works well, I still wake up to pee a few times a night but that’s my own fault since I chug way too much water before bed and all day. I never feel anything from this recipe in the morning as I do from a large doze of melatonin alone. I already take passion flower extract and chamomile extract during the day for my anxiety and the pills still work. Great, perfect cocktail. Also, don’t eat too much before bed, when you do that it keeps your brain active as your body digests. I find that when I stop eating at least by 7 and then take this around 10, I fall asleep very fast at 10:30.

NOT AS GREAT AS ADVERTISED. PLUS I THINK WITH THE VARIOUS KINDS OF MAGNESIUM, IT CAUSED EXCESSIVE BOWEL MOVEMENTS. I DO NOT SLEEP ANY BETTER THAN BEFORE. BUT I GIVE YOU CREDIT FOR TRYING SOMETHING DIFFERENT FOR A CHANGE

It has a relaxing effect.

This product did not work for me. It may have helped me fall asleep faster, but I still woke up a few hours later.

Works great for my wife so I have made it a subscription.

When I purchased these and left the original review the product didn't work for me, a few days after that I ended up in the hospital with heart failure. Now that I am recovering from the hospital I was told that I could take them again and see if they help. I must say that they do help me to get to sleep better and stay asleep longer. I would recommend giving them a try.

Relaxium changed my life! I have never been a good sleeper as an adult, frequently waking up and having difficulty falling back to sleep. I rarely got in a deep enough sleep to dream. With Relaxium, I wake up less often and easily fall back asleep!
