Hand Paddles For Swimming - Pro-Series Power Swim Training Paddles Are a Great Swimming Training Aid To Improve Hand Stroke Positioning - Build Strength and Stamina While Improving Stroke Technique

I swim on average 2miles a day, was looking for some hand paddles to give my arms more of a work out. Came across these, as other people use similar paddles in the pool I use. These are great, and my arms ache ( in a good work out way) after doing my swim. I started at 20 lengths and that was enough, now upto 64 lengths and slowly building up to the full daily swim. Super comfy to use and come in there own storage bag that fits perfectly in my gym bag.

I've recently got back in the pool and have been swimming two or three times a week. I liked the look of these paddles and thought they might help me to build up my poor stamina a little.The paddles arrive clearly marked with left and right so you know which way to use them. You place your hand through the large hole and put a finger through the small hole to fit them into place. You can then adjust them by pulling the tubing through to tighten them. I found this process quite tricky and it needs to be done every so often as you are using them as the action of dragging the paddles through the water makes them loosen.I have found that they have helped me in the pool. They seem to make the swimming action easier which means I can swim further than usual. I need to work out if this is because I'm not working as hard or because the paddles make me more efficient in the water. The latter is great, the former not ideal.The paddles are solidly built and well put together and my five year old has also enjoyed playing with them in the water. I like them but I need to work out if they are really benefiting my swimming.

Long time since I bought paddles but these are great although I've only used them a few times They are super comfortable and feel like they will last.

The rubber snapped after a dozen swims. Immediately contacted by seller, who sent a replacement pair the next day. Can’t be fairer than that 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼These paddles are on small side - on the back there is a M, obviously meaning medium. I have checked the product information and it says is from the Women’s department.

Great aid to swimming. Certainly feel the extra effort required, building shoulder endurance. Fit is good and they easily slip on and off if you’re performing drills with and without them.

Described as adjustable but anything but! Was too loose so tried to tighten the straps. Very hard to do and one broke even when pulled a little. Returned as unfit for purpose.
