I love The Firm videos
I love The Firm videos. These aren't good. Too fast, poor cueing. I love the 13 pack series before these, which are very fast also, but much easier to follow.

Great workouts w/o the special ball
I do not have the zip ball but I managed to do the workouts without and guess what? Sweated my butt off, I used an 8 pound weighted ball and that’s it. Get it, it was fun, easy to follow and a good price.

Not for everyone
Holding the ball away from my body was a stress on my neck and lower back. We will return or resell.
