This is great for blood circulation. I had to go and get an image on my knee due to swelling. The technician suggested I should try this before making a decision on having a doctor drain my knee of built up liquid. It worked. I have not stopped using it since. I’m a true believer.

I’ve been using this stuff for years. I use it for my husband is out as well for any inflammation, and it keeps his cholesterol and blood sugar normal.

I never write reviews, but this deserves one! I just turned 48 and recently I started waking up and everything hurts. Well, after only a few days of putting this in my coffee, I feel so much better. It's a miracle in a bottle. I'd give it 10 stars if I could!!

Quality is good, but VERY messy to use. Pills are probably easier and just as good?? Must be refrigerated and shake-up each application.

Convenient to have it in liquid form. Mix w/my juice drink in the morning.
