First things first, as other people have said, buy the new wifi adapter. The whole computer is great, minus that. It won't allow you to stay connected and you can't really do much internet wise. Aside from that it's looking fantastic. Everything worked, make sure you're careful taking out the inside filler due to it being in very tight. I'll update my review later after I get an adapter.

I really do like the model I purchased, it works great for what I need... Except for the Wi-Fi connectivity issues. The PC came with an included USB Wi-Fi dongle to connect wirelessly, but for the past several months I keep experiencing disconnections from the Wi-Fi. I have performed many speed tests and troubleshooting of my home internet and have found 0 issues, so the only possibility is the low quality dongle I received simply not working as intended. I am unable to receive product support through Amazon's website, as it only provides self-help steps that have not resolved my issues. Will update if I am able to find a resolution with STG USA or Amazon regarding this issue.

I bought this bundle a little over a year ago and finally experienced my first issue. The graphics card recently went defective and I called the company listed for tech support. They were super patient, nice, and easily identified what the issue was. On top of that they honored without hesitation the replacement of my graphics card back to them. This may not be the best gaming PC - but it has worked for my needs.

Okay overall very happy!! I got this product a while back now. Love my pc so so much!! Been running great. Although, I got the bundle in hopes to save money but I do regret it. The keyboard and mouse are very cheap quality but get the job done. (Both are very loud) The headset is not great at all. Mic is terrible. And the sound started sounding very alien like after a couple months of use. I already bought a different a keyboard, headset and mouse. Point is the most important part is great! But the bundle option are not so great and I probably would’ve been better off buying everything separately.

Terrible system. Haven’t been able to power in since I purchased and NO help from vendor. I guess I’m stuck with a machine that I need to figure out. Changed power cable, and other minor troubleshooting to no avail.

I used to play on Xbox series s. Mostly dayz and wanted to try it on pc because of all the maps they have. It runs and looks great! No issues, and I like that it came with a remote for the fan lights. If you want a decent gaming pc, I'd recommend it. It's not top line but it's good.

I see in the reviews a fair bit of people got good ones. Mine came TWO days late (the day after it was due, it was a 15-20 minute drive away and didn't leave, it was there at 2:30AM on Monday, I didn't get it until Tuesday around 12-1PM-ish...issue with Amazon, not sure what the point of paying for Prime is if they can't deliver on time and I was constantly looking at the tracker). I was setting it up after work and the screen went all fuzzy, blacked out, and then returned to normal within 30 seconds. It keeps doing that on and off at random times, most I saw today was like 4 times in one game. Going to see about a refund and trying a better brand (Driver came up to date so that's not the issue if it needed updated)
