GanFindX Grappling Hook, Folding 4 Claw Survival Hook

Me and my 4 young sons love adventures, and this is a great tool for the job!

Five stars on quality of material. The mechanics are simple and the hardware is stout. I have not used it yet, however, I purchased this to help keep deep ditches clean.

I used this item one time and it completely failed. First, one of the metal claws broke, and then the top piece that holds the claws open also snapped. The quality is extremely poor and nowhere near worth the money. I would strongly recommend NOT buying this product. It feels cheaply made and did not hold up to even a single use. Save your money and look for a better-built product from another company.

Works as advertised, is well built and very strong.

a) Arrived well packaged, complete and undamaged. b) Includes grapple hook, attached rope and instructions. c) I like that you can leave it so it is folded up , and throw it and gravity will open the claws if you are using it for branch trimming. you can also easily lock it open if you choose. d) I think this is a good size and weight for most applications without being too bulky. e) the quality of the rope is not the best...it is a good rope but not sure how durable it would be with heavy stress. I added an extra length of polypropylene rope in case the included rope fails.

Very solidly built. I was actually surprised! Does exactly what it says it does. The rope isn't super strong, but that's not why I wanted it anyway so I don't care.

Quality of the hook is horrible. We try to get some limbs out from our pond and the hook broke to of the little hooks on it right away, so I would not recommend it because it made from
