Average customisation
It was customised for my niece and it turned out to be very bad made that she straight away discarded it. Now that the packaging and all was already torn so couldn’t get it returned.

Ugly Finishing
The media could not be loaded. Caricature doesn't stand/fit into the case given.This was supposed to be a gift for a friend, now I cannot even wait for a replacement! Very unhappy..
