This hydration powder has been a staple for me during pregnancy. Between the fatigue and occasional nausea, staying hydrated wasn’t always easy—but this made a huge difference. It tastes great, isn’t overly sweet, and I can actually feel a boost in energy and focus after drinking it. I love that it has electrolytes without all the added sugar some other brands have. I use it daily, especially on warmer days or when I’m feeling a bit off. Highly recommend for anyone needing a hydration boost, pregnant or not!

I've never used electrolytes before this. This was a pretty good first buy. I get muscle cramps and spasms sometimes, and also have someone recovering from surgery so an electrolyte supplement was recommended by the doctor.some pros:-dissolves really quick but you need to add water first. Doesn't work if you pour in the water over the powder.-watermelon and lemon lime flavors are great. peach is mid but tolerable. I'd probably buy the watermelon next time.-the little packs are really nice and convenientsome cons:-the passion fruit is awful, way too sweet and has an artificial flavor. Neither of us want to finish that one :')-lemon lime has a bit of a bitter aftertaste-the 8oz recommendation is too strong imo. It tastes a lot better after you dilute it in more water-I don't think the color in the product ads represents what this looks like when you dissolve it. The actual color is a lot less bold, which is fine. I'm actually glad it looks more like a light coloring in lemonade than something so solid it could be highlighter or paint

I love the taste and effectiveness of the zero sugar lemon lime mix. I subscribed to this for several months to help rehydrate from breastfeeding, and would keep buying it if it wasn't so expensive, hence the one removed star.

I love the flavors in this pack, with passion fruit being the top one, and I often mix flavors together. I enjoy the fact that these work with 8oz of water because I have two water bottles for work - one for water that can be out and a separate water bottle for electrolytes that fits in my work vest. This helps me stay hydrated. These also dissolve very well.My husband and I need electrolytes for various reasons. For him, he need them to replace what is depleted due to medication. I need some due to medical reasons. The one our doctor recommended gave us horrible acid reflux and tasted like vitamins. This is very pleasant and I've had zero acid reflux from it.

Drip Drop my favorite of staying hydrated all day long. I always stay stocked both at my house and my office. Plus they are sugar free and still taste Phenomenal. Don’t hesitate….you'll LOVE THEN!!!!

Very yum! I like to use about 12-16 oz of water rather than the 8oz it calls for. Little too sweet.

This product was OK. I liked that it is zero sugar and it dissolved easily and quickly in water and didn't have an odd "no sugar" taste. The recommended amount of water was spot on. Not too strong or weak but despite it all, the taste wasn't the best. I figured with the various flavors it would be a good option and I like all the flavors available, but none of them taste very good. I can drink it. It's not that bad or anything, but it's not something I'd reach for intentionally.
