I’d never used a bread sling, but really wanted to avoid burned bread and knuckles.These came with minimal packaging, and the size is perfect for my Lodge cast iron Dutch oven.I was worried about how they’d hold up against the heat but they came out of the oven with no signs or smells of melting or scorching.The bottom of my bread still had a nice crust and using the sling to remove the loaf was super easy - the strips cooled down enough for me to handle very quickly.The sizing print is helpful and cleaning it was simple.Overall, very happy with this purchase.

No more worries about if I added enough flour to keep my dough from sticking to the bowl. No flipping it upside down to flatten it before dropping it into the oven. Wahoo!

These are the best!! 3 perfect sizes, no odd smell, wipe clean with a sponge, and best of all, no sticking. I've used them for bbq chicken, fruit turnovers and also empanadas. Nothing from any of those dishes stuck, not even the bbq sauce or any of the fruit filling that oozed out of the turnovers. I highly recommend!

Wish they had come rolled instead of folded. It took a while for the creases to soften and flatten out. Otherwise good baking mats. They fit the baking pans well and don’t add any flavor to the baked goods. Easy to clean after use.

I use these for sourdough bread and regular boule round artisan bread. They work great for me. Not a single problem with over 100 loaves of bread. It is so much easier then trying to use parchment paper, you just lift the bread out and put it on the rack.

Just what I needed to remove bread from the Dutch oven without the chance of burning myself. Easy lift in and out, even helped with preventing over cooking the bottom of the bread. Beats parchment paper by a long shot, as messy, and one buy and many many uses.

No problems with these mats. I use it for my candied fruit and it doesn’t cause any problems with the candy and fruit. I don’t really use the small one but it’s still useful when i have big orders
