Perfect
I love this! I got this for homeschooling my 4 year old and it has been great. Love all of the additional words to go with the letter for that day or week. I love that there’s spaces to practice writing the letters and also coming up with new words. Wonderful. It’s very large and was exactly what I was looking for.

Great for preschool!
I use this for my special needs child and it’s awesome. Has an attractive look, educational, and keeps her interested in her letters. Simple enough for her to have some independence

The letters were missing. The package was open inside the box
Great. Except missing pieces. In need and I do not want to return to get the letters.

Fun tool for K/1st teachers
Love the storage pouches for the cards not in use. The cards are sturdy and have held up for the time I have had it. I enjoy the size. It is usable with small groups and whole group in my classroom. I don't use the hooks because I have mounted it to my wall.

Exceptional Pocket Chart! Definitely perfect for classrooms and homeschooling!
This is an exceptional pocket chart…perfect for school or homeschool use! As a preschool/PreK teacher over the years I have used MANY pocket charts, and I can definitely say that this one is a VERY high quality, durable pocket chart. Pocket charts like these are the best way to help children visualize concepts that might be challenging for them to understand, breaking it down into simpler parts, and this one is intuitive for teaching plus it is so easy for students to use and interact with. The pre-punched visuals that come with it are VERY easy to separate, so taking them apart only takes seconds, (the easiest EVER!) with colorful pictures that are inviting, interesting, and engaging to little ones.I have been using this for about a month in my classroom, and it definitely helps my little ones understand better about phonics and gives them lots of visual to keep their attention. I especially love the cute little poems that come with the set, because not only do my students love them, but it also gives them practice with listening to different beginning sounds. The included alphabet chart is fun for them to “match” the letter you are working on. (I have my students find the letter and circle it on the alphabet chart.) They also love being able to write the letter we are working on, on the chart, to “be the teacher”.I highly recommend this pocket chart if you are needing to help children learn about letters and sounds in a fun way. My little ones are loving it!

Love the set up of this chart
Arrived in a plastic bag. Chart was folded up, all cards were in their own plastic sleeve. I underestimated the size of the chart itself and the cards, I didn’t look closely enough at the dimensions. Chart is super wide, it’s basically two single charts put together. Width is a little over 27inches and the length is right at 40inches from top to bottom. Has three metal loops on the top and three metal hangers that is able to support the weight of the chart and cards. Fabric used is smooth. Really like the use of the white text against the dark blue and yellow background, it’s all easy to see. Stitching is all well done with the transparent pockets, dry erase boards and all lines are even. Transparent pockets placed throughout the chart are all smooth along the top. Dry erase boards are large providing plenty of space to write on, each one is thick and you can easily apply pressure while drawing. Includes four different sets of cards. All cards are large, text is large and images are easily identified. Material of cards is thin and capable of tearing if you’re not careful. Like how both upper and lowercase are focused on for each letter. The main set of cards that is placed at the top to showcase the one specific letter was missing the “Ww”, I used a different card in its place. Love the set up of the chart with the tracing cards showing the strokes numbered in order to make each letter step by step, the dry erase board is located directly below the tracing card to practice writing the letter. Has an additional dry erase board with “find the letter” on one side. Does not include dry erase markers, would have preferred this come with at least one marker considering all the boards. Even with one main card missing, it’s still been a great chart to focus on activities involving the alphabet or picking a “letter of the day”.

Well-made and well-considered teaching aid
I teach ESOL to adult immigrants, so I was unsure if this would work for adults, but given the level of English that some of my recent arrivals enjoy, this has been helpful to both teach them English AND teach them the sounds that Roman letters make, as some of them read Arabic or Hindi, but only had minimal elementary education. The plastic is thick and shouldn't tear easily. The cards are thick paperboard and should last, though I might laminate them if they begin to wear down faster than expected.
