Lifted my teeth at least 2 shades over 4 applications.Easy to use just clean your teeth and before applying run a tissue over them to get rid of any excess saliva. Leave for 30 mins and rinse . You need to clean your teeth after use but they lifted shade without any harmful scratching or rough residue. Fairly tasteless just a tad uncomfortable the 1st use after that you're fine 👍 great product for price

This does whiten the teeth nicely but doesnt stick well to the teeth like some others ive used and is a bit messy, with bits of gel coming off the strips

Honestly... shocked. I have very stained yellow teeth due to childhood neglect and ever since I've just never been able to get the stains off. This however, has done to the job and I am shocked. How long it will last for I'm not overly sure or if its just temporary, like a masking maybe ? Not sure but for the price... at the moment it's done the job and I'm very happy and I will be buying more if this is stays and the stains are actually gone x

I don't normally review when it's posting a photo of me, but I can see the difference after one day! I have a dentist phobia and trying to improve my gym and teeth health at home.(I can't put the bottom strips on as it causes issues with gag reflex for me but I'm sensitive to things like that anyway)
