Good but can cause shedding of the skin when overusing
Came in box. Good retinol used it a few times. But really need to wear sunscreen and good moisturiser

Brighter skin, break outs cleared
Whilst using this I suffer less from break outs. Calms my skin and makes it look brighter clearer and supple. This is my 3 rd tube, can't live without it now.

Expired product
So far so good. The product looks fine but when I saw the expiry date it said 2022! And I bought it 4 days ago... Hope I don't get any allergic reaction!

Did not get what I ordered, please check product before opening!!
I’ve used this product for 3 years and absolutely love it.... *IF ONLY* that is what came in the post!!I ordered “control serum” and got “control gelcream, SPF 50”. (Photo's attached)It’s rather annoying as I already have a factor cream but had run out of the serum. Now I have to purchase the serum as I opened the packaging and threw it away without looking. Box and tube are the same and I didn’t think to check; lesson learned.Very disappointed indeedSee photos, no mention of gelcream on description or packaging.

Badly packaged
The packing in which this tube of cream was posted arrived in a bashed state with one end of the package open. The carton inside was also a bit bashed but the tube looks ok. The fact that the carboard envelope was open at one end could have lead to content being removed easily.
