Where is the handle that I paid extra for?!

Clogs -
clay sticks into all the little crevices and is nearly impossible to remove. Is there a trick to using it compared to other stamps (which I have no issue with)?

Hard to press into leather hard clay
It is too deep to press into leather hard clay without possibly ruining the form of your piece
