First off, I’d like to give high praise for this company’s customer service!! 👏🏻 I love this nursing cover. The quality is amazing, the material is durable and not delicate, and the style is elegant and modern. The weight is perfect, not too heavy or too light, and it provides enough coverage and privacy. I also like that it is comfortable and breathable, and it does not make me or my baby too hot or cold. I would definitely recommend it to other moms who are looking for a nursing cover that is functional and fashionable!

I really love how versatile the ponchy is. I was wearing it while I went over a friend’s house and got so many compliments! Two of my friends (a breastfeeding mom and a mom to be) of them asked where I got it from, I had to tell them where I got it from, they really liked how breathable and lightweight the material is. So far I’ve been really loving it! I also put it on the stroller, works great so my baby doesn’t get hit with the sun or while my baby is napping. I use it to cover him up if I don’t want a heavy blanket. I can see this being used a lot during the summer but overall anytime or season. I think the best part for me is how nice it looks and the comfortability. I had purchased a coverup before goldmamas ponchy on Amazon and it wasn’t breathable and it’s didn’t look nice at all. I believe goldmamas ponchy is hands down the best coverup for breastfeeding on Amazon!

First of all, love this nursing cover in and of itself. It is so breathable and lightweight (even more so than my muslin covers) but provides adequate privacy. The fabric feels great and washes well without any issues.Secondly, I found this as a result of looking for a dupe of the We Are Amma Cocoon (thanks, Instagram targeting). I never purchased the Cocoon due to the price tag, but this looks just as chic as the Cocoon does in photos. I searched high and low for something similar before coming across this, and this is it.Looking at past reviews, it looks like this Amazon seller’s account had been hacked and recovered. The item I received was just as advertised and I LOVE it. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I'm obsessed! Excellent material, my baby is covered while nursing but still breathing properly, is so light weight that I can bring it with me everywhere, not to mention that i can cover the carseat, stroller or wear it as a cover for myself! I have one in every bag or stroller!

Updating my review: I received a message from someone at Gold Mama that their Amazon listing had been hacked by someone in China who sent out the extremely poor quality poncho. They offered to send me a real one, which arrived today and was shipped from within the US. It is much better quality and exactly as pictured. I suggest ordering directly from the Gold Mamas website instead of the Etsy listing. The new one is absolutely perfect.—-This was not at all as described. I was excited thinking I’d found a dupe for a more expensive nursing cover I’d been looking at, but this looked nothing like the picture. Instead of a more loose, mesh-like weave it is made out of stretchy swimsuit-like material and is not very breathable. The color was also supposed to be beige, and it was white. Like not even off white, just straight up white. I’m very disappointed in this purchase and would give 0 stars if I could.

I wish I had come across this cover sooner, my baby is 18mo and I’m still using it. I am really impressed with its quality and how soft and stretchy it is. I love it bc I can breastfeed without taking off my clothes and look beautiful at the same time. Totally worth it!

Really wanted to love this more than I do - bought it as a cheaper alternative to We Are Amma brand. The fabric is soft & seemingly ventilated but both my little one & I get sweltering hot almost immediately upon using to the point she’s red & hot & fussing & it’s just a poor experience for both of us.

*Update!* I got a message in my message request folder on Instagram (meaning it's from an account I don't follow) and it was from the owner of this company - Gold Mamas! They reached out to say that their Amazon account h0ad been hacked by a fake seller in China and that the hacker was sending out fake product tha0t wasn't theirs. Gold Mamas explained that they're a small business, women owned, and trying to do their best to make things right. I'm surprised they went to the trouble to find and contact me and then to also offer to send me a nursing cover for free! I got it a few weeks ago and have been using it since. It looks just as it is represented on the Amazon listing, so I would imagine that ordering from here is now okay and that they've regained access to their Amazon store, but you can also go to their website to order. The grey color has a slight purple tint to it, though? I wish it was more of a true grey. It's a very stretchy, breathable material and has been great for spring/summer. I also have the We Are Amma cover (Gold Mamas is the dupe) and honestly prefer the Gold Mamas one. It's half the cost (literally) and is more stretchy and breathes better. It does look more factory made... While We Are Amma does look more chic like something you could find at J Crew. We Are Amma is hand knitted and you can tell! It looks like it's own piece of clothing, while this definitely looks great too in comparison to other nursing covers, you can tell a difference in production. But for the cost difference and that this feels lighter, I'd go with Gold Mamas. I do wish the opening of this one was slightly bigger by a few inches - it feels a little tight around the neck, but I also think I'm sensitive to that haha I'm pictured wearing it in the photos I listed. Other than the fact that is *can* function as a nursing cover I guess. But the material is like a spandex, like what leggings would be made of. Does not seem breathable at all! The product images show a knit cover with holes in it but I have ordered this THREE times in different colors and literally received different fabric every time. The black one is more like a stretch cotton. The cream is not cream at all, it's stark white. None of them have holes. None of them are knit. Shipping took over a month. Return shipping requires you to package and label it. Avoid this product!!
