I was a bit aprehensive, worrying that it would not come as requested since I was unable to see a "preview." My worry was for nothing, as it was perfect! Each row was exactly as I had wanted, right down to the additional heart image. Great quality. Since it was for a memorial bench, my Father found that the screws would have been too easy to remove, but he remedied that problem by using rivets. Problem solved. We couldn't be more satisfied.
